Normally the Travel Agent is paid commission by all the suppliers they used to book your travel arrangements eg the airlines, the hotels, tour companies, cruise companies, car hire companies insurance companies etc. The main time we charge fees is if these companies do not pay commission eg low cost carriers such as easyjet or Jetstar, airfares that do not start in Australia and some hotels etc. Our fees are transparent.
